The Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring is made of EVA Foam which is Ethyl Vinyl Acetate. We do not use any type of lead or latex during production and the mats are not chemically treated.

Yes, you can put it in your garage, basement or anywhere else in your house that you feel the need for cushy flooring.

Yes, you can use the Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring under gym equipment to help keep the equipment in place.

Can I use the Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring under my washing machine?
Yes, you can use the Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring under your washing machine. It will help keep the washing machine in place and also help reduce the vibration of the machine.

Yes, the Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring is safe for children. They are made of EVA Foam and the mats do not contain any type of lead or toxic chemicals.

Do I need to use glue or anything to hold Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring in place?
It is not necessary but if you want to, you can.

Why does the Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring have an odor?
All EVA foam products will have an odor when you initially open them up. This odor will dissipate over time. The odor is not harmful. Putting them in an open air area will help with the initial odor.

Is Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring recommended for outdoor use?
The mats are perfectly fine to be used outdoors. However the color will fade if left in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Do you sell individual packages of just borders for the Best Step Anti-Fatigue Flooring?

Force Field Ultrasonic Pest Repeller

How does the Force Field Ultrasonic Pest Repeller work?
The Force Field Ultrasonic Pest Repeller produces ultrasonic sound waves at a frequency range which disrupts the pests' nervous system and forces them to leave the area. It is a very unpleasant sound that is unbearable by pests but unheard by humans and most household pets.

Is the Force Field Ultrasonic Pest Repeller safe to use around my household pets?
Yes, the pest repeller will not harm your household pets such as cats and dogs. However, since guinea pigs and hamsters are considered to be part of the rodent family, I would not recommend use of the repeller around those pets.

How do I know that the Force Field Ultrasonic Pest Repeller is working efficiently?
The red indicator light will blink occasionally which will indicate that the repeller is working correctly.

How long will it take before the rodents and pests leave?
Please allow the pest repeller a full month for it to work to its full capability. Most rodents and pests will begin to disappear a lot sooner than a month because of the ultrasonic sound waves the pest repeller produce is very unpleasant and it disrupts their nervous system.

Does the Force Field Ultrasonic Pest Repeller work against all ants?
The pest repeller works against most household ants. Since they are so many different types of ants, we were not able to conduct tests on all types.

How many pest repellers should I use in a room?
One repeller works best in your average size room of 10x10. If your room is bigger than that, please feel free to use more than one per room.

Is it okay to use the Force Field Ultrasonic Pest Repeller behind a large appliance?
In order for the pest repeller to work efficiently, you must not have any appliances or objects blocking the pest repeller. It will prevent the pest repeller from working to its full capability because it will not be able to give off its ultrasonic sound wave into the room.

Why doesn't the Force Field Ultrasonic Pest Repeller fit in my outlet?
The pest repeller unit has a polarized plug which is designed to fit into a polarized AC outlet one way. If the plug does not fit fully one way, reverse it and try it the other way.

What is the Funplay Alphabet Play Mat made of?
The Funplay Alphabet Play Mat is made of some EVA Foam which is Ethyl Vinyl Acetate. We do not use any type of lead, paint or latex during production and the mats are not chemically treated.

Are the Funplay Alphabet Play Mat safe?
We do not use any type of lead, paint, toxic chemicals or latex during production of the mats. Our mats have also passed all of the safety requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).

Will my child get sick it he puts a piece in his mouth?
Please be advise that our products have a choking hazard because it contains small pieces. This is why there is an age limit for usage of our products. However, if your child does put the piece of the mats or block in his mouth, he will not be harmed. Our products are not made with any toxic chemicals, lead, paint or latex.

Why does the Funplay Alphabet Play Mat have an odor?

Can I put the Funplay Alphabet Play Mat in the dish washer for cleaning?
Yes, the alphabet play mat is dish washer safe. Another option you can use for cleaning is to use a mild soapy cloth and water to wipe down the mats.

Is it safe to use the Shock Athletic Flooring under gym equipment?
Yes, you can use the Shock Athletic Flooring under your gym equipment to help keep it in place.

Can the Shock Athletic Flooring be used for a gym floor set up?
Yes, the purpose of the Shock Athletic Flooring is to be used to provide cushy flooring in your work out area for your weights and floor exercises, etc.

What is the difference between the Silver Series Shock Athletic Flooring and the Gold Series Shock Athletic Flooring?
The only difference between the two series is the thickness of the flooring. The silver series is 12mm thick which is about ½" and the gold series is 20mm thick which is almost 1" inch.
